Vice President Global Events and Publisher
Rebecca McKenna is the VP of Global events & publisher of Human Resource Executive® magazine. She is responsible for strategy, marketing, strategic partnerships & sales for the magazine, HREOnline.com, & HRE mobile apps. Rebecca is also responsible for sales & marketing strategy for the HR Technology Conference & Expo, Health & Benefits Leadership Conference & Expo, Recruiting Trends & Talent Tech, HR Tech China, HR in Hospitality, The National Workers’ Comp & Disability Conference & Expo and ErgoExpo. Rebecca is also responsible for sales & marketing strategy for our Education conferences; FETC, Campus Technology & Women in K-12 Leadership. She joined the magazine in 1988. Her experience in the marketing & advertising industry spans over 30 years.
Tim Jordan is the Associate Publisher for Human Resource Executive magazine. With over 16 years in advertising sales at HRE, he’s experienced at listening to his customer’s needs and developing proven integrated marketing programs that deliver results. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the University of South Florida and currently resides in Bucks County, Pennsylvania.
Regional Sales Manager
Amy Olimpo is a regional sales manager for Human Resource Executive. She manages business development in the Mid-West territory as well as in the State of California and Florida. Prior to joining the sales team, she was the Marketing Manager and Circulation Director for Human Resource Executive and its sister publication, Risk & Insurance. Amy graduated from Albright College with a degree in marketing.
Regional Sales Manager
Joe Kirschen has more than 20 years of experience in media sales and publishing. Prior to joining Human Resource Executive, Joe was a publisher and founder of a nationally distributed music and culture magazine. In addition to his diligent attention to the publishing profession, he is also a performing guitarist and mandolin player. Joe lives in the Philadelphia area with his wife, Kim, and two children.
Program Manager, Media & Marketing
Sharon is Program Manager, Media & Marketing at Human Resource Executive magazine. In this roll she manages the ads on our website, HREOnline.com, runs our Webinars and manages the exhibitor support team for our trade shows as well as a multitude of other duties. Sharon has an Associate’s degree in Business Management and has been with the company for over 20 years. She resides in Bucks County with her husband and son.
Nancy Sicilia has been in the magazine production field for over 25 years. As a Communications Major from Rutgers University, she sharpened her skills at a variety of publishing/printing companies such as Rickel Home Center as a copywriter, Excerpta Medica, IPC Printing Company and Boucher Communications as a production manager. Her current 15 year tenure at LRP has reinforced her dedication to producing magazines that reflect the integrity and quality of an LRP publication. Nancy resides in Bucks County with her family.
Trade Show Manager
Fred Kurst has been handling trade show sales and operations for over 25 years. Prior to joining LRP he worked for a non-profit educational association that is now called Association for Career and Technical Education. Fred holds a B.A. in History from Penn State University. He enjoys competitive running, not as competitive soccer, seeing live music, traveling, watching sports, especially his two daughters’ soccer games and cross country meets. Fred resides in Virginia with his wife and two daughters.
Trade Show Manager
Nancy is the Exhibit and Sponsorship Sales Manager for the HR Technology Conference and Expo. She is responsible for sales of exhibit space and sponsorships in the Northeast, Midwest and Canada. Prior to joining LRP Conferences, Nancy was the Director of Graduate Education at Gwynedd-Mercy College. Nancy holds a Bachelor’s degree from Marist College, NY and a Master’s degree from Gwynedd-Mercy College in PA. She enjoys playing golf and revitalizing any furniture she finds on the curb!
